Danielle Bryce

Danielle Bryce, is a certified yoga instructor based in the South Bay of Los Angeles, CA and Hawaii. As an instructor with over 900 hours of training and 24 years of experience, Danielle mindfully designs classes and can teach professional athletes, beginners and persons dealing with specific health concerns simultaneously.

Her classes; build strength/ endurance, improve physical/ physiological balance, optimize nervous system function and increase flexibility, mobility & stability. Danielle strives to create synergy of the mind, the body and its various energy systems so that her students attain and experience their personal apex of wellness. By linking biomechanics of movement to the breath, both mental and physical performance are enhanced, while a mental state imbued with equanimity is achieved.

"Yoga for Athletes" is Danielle’s passion. Her personal past athletic achievements scored her a full ride Basketball scholarship at the Division One level and multiple invitations to the US Olympic Trials.

Danielle specializes in sports specific training as well individual and team dynamics within the particular sport (*noting that within the structure of a team, as each individual gets stronger, the unit grows stronger to a new degree). She also adapts the approach to training differently ie: pre/ post/ and during season focused programs to compliment, strengthen, maintain and restore equilibrium to the bodies & minds of athletes that are placed under the demands that elite sports require.

Danielle knows that hard work, focus, discipline, and dedication are the keys to transforming dreams into reality.

She aims to guide her students to achieving greater clarity, by helping them to reduce stress and increase mindfulness, essentially promoting a powerful, positive and peaceful energetic awakening. Danielle’s teaching style provides a healthy challenge from the foundational aspects of yoga postures, pranayama (breathing techniques) and all types of meditation. Her classes accessible to everyone of all ages and all levels at all times. (Prenatal & Kids yoga included)

Danielle is currently enrolled in a health & wellness program with Harvard University Executive Education. She is a Senior teacher at Mukti Yoga School, and leads retreats and teacher trainings around the world. At this time, no public classes are on offer but group & private sessions are available.
